Nicole Sammon, our pastry chef for the last three years is moving on…She is moving out of town and will be starting a family. We wish her all the best and thank her for all her years of great desserts. On the same note, we would like to welcome aboard Alexandra Crabe, the new Executive Pastry Chef. Alex has gained a great deal of experience over the years and makes some exceptional desserts.

We are now buying fresh summer produce directly from Donaldson’s Farm in Hackettstown, NJ. We have been choosing from an array of lettuces, squashes, and berries.

Monday Sept. 17th, 2012 marks the date for the annual Redwoods charity golf outing. All proceeds will benefit Chi Chi’s Foundation. This year’s events will be held at Black Oak Golf Club in Long Valley. Contact Sean Henry or Bryan King for details & sponsorship info.
